Refund Policy

At TraccIA, we strive to deliver high-quality investigative reports and documentation. Because our services involve the immediate processing of data and generation of digital deliverables, refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery.

3. Important Notes

TraccIA does not guarantee fund recovery. Our service is the generation of investigative reports and documentation. A refund is not available solely because stolen funds were not recovered, as this outcome depends on law enforcement and third-party actions beyond our control.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to report@traccia.tech with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your full name, email address used for the purchase, date of payment, and reason for the refund request.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  4. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the chargeback with supporting documentation. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds, credits, or re-processing outside the scope of this policy on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions do not create precedent for future requests.

9. Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), noting that the right of withdrawal may not apply to fully performed digital services where you have given prior express consent.
