Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TraccIA platform ("Service"), operated by AXION SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TraccIA is a technology platform that provides:

• On-chain tracing and analysis of cryptocurrency transactions.
• Automated generation of investigative reports.
• AI-assisted drafting of complaint documents (denuncia-querela).
• Evidence collection and documentation support.

TraccIA is a technological support tool and does not constitute legal advice, forensic professional services, or a guarantee of fund recovery.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or submitting a case.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity.
• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated information.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or threaten others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks on the platform are the property of AXION SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Reports and documents generated for you are licensed for your personal use in connection with your legal proceedings. You may share them with law enforcement, legal counsel, and courts as needed.

7. Payments and Pricing

• Service fees are displayed at the time of purchase and are charged in the currency indicated.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• The results obtained will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• Any funds lost to fraud will be recovered.
• AI-generated documents are legally sufficient without professional review.

The on-chain analysis is based on publicly available blockchain data and third-party intelligence. Results should be validated by qualified professionals before reliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any actions taken by third parties based on our reports.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at report@traccia.tech.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.
